One morning, as I was tidying up my office drawer. I stumbled upon a piece of paper with scribbling of a simple and meaningful prayer that seems so personal to me. This is a simple prayer to St Rita, the Patron Saint of the Impossible, when in despair and troubled moments. Having read about the life of St Rita, I was inspired by her profound faith in God for which she now enjoys the great reward bestowed upon her. Prayer To St Rita
Pray for us Saint Rita and assist us in our need,
that we may face all seemingly impossible tasks
with patience and courage.

Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host -
by the Divine Power of God -
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.
